30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (if applicable).

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our support team at support@allworldbooks.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return.
2. Wait for our team to approve the return and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Securely package the book and mail it to: 125 S White Horse Pike, Apt 74, Lindenwold, NJ 08021.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a book that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will happily cover the return shipping costs for defective items and send a replacement right away.
